Using the app

Nour for iPhone supports iOS 16 and later. Browse products, save favourites and build your bag without an account. Sign in to complete an order. The app interface is in Azerbaijani.

Orders and payments

Check your payment in Hesabım → Sifarişlərim. If you were charged but the order is not marked as paid, contact us with the order number before paying again. Card details are entered on an Epoint or bank page.

Delete your account

Open Hesabım → Hesab ayarları → Hesabımı sil and confirm with your password. Profile data is anonymised; addresses, cart, favourites and reviews are deleted. Records needed for order fulfilment and legal obligations may be retained. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
