How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, a tracking number is sent to your email. Use it to check your order in My account or on the courier’s website.

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Visit My account or contact customer service.

How long does delivery take?

Orders within Baku arrive in 1–2 business days. Regional delivery may take 3–5 business days.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery within Baku costs 5 AZN. Orders of 50 AZN or more qualify for free delivery.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash on delivery and bank transfers. Online payments are protected with 3D Secure.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds for returned products are sent to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
