- Nour provides product ingredients and descriptions as accurately as possible, but differences may arise due to changes made by manufacturers.
2. User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, must not place fraudulent orders and must not use the website for unlawful purposes.
3. Placing an order
The user selects a product, adds it to the bag, enters delivery details and completes payment. Nour may contact the user to confirm the order.
4. Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website are in AZN. Payment is possible by bank card and other online methods. Nour reserves the right to change prices, without affecting orders already placed.
5. Delivery terms
Delivery is available in Baku and other regions. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. The customer must provide the correct address.
6. Returns and exchanges
For hygiene reasons, opened and used cosmetics may not be returnable. If a product is defective or the wrong product was sent, the customer must contact us within 24 hours.
7. Warranty and liability
Allergic reactions and other individual circumstances arising from product use are the user's responsibility. Customers should read product ingredients carefully.
8. Copyright
The logo, design, images and text on the website belong to the Nour brand. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
9. Force majeure
Order fulfilment may be delayed by natural disasters, war, government restrictions and other emergencies. Nour is not liable in these circumstances.
10. Dispute resolution
Disputes are initially resolved by mutual agreement. If no agreement is reached, the matter is resolved through the courts in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
