Payment information

Payments are processed through banks or certified payment platforms. Nour does not store or process bank card details.

Nour reserves the right to change this policy at any time. The updated version takes effect when it is published on the website.

Nour iOS app

This policy also covers the Nour iOS app. We process your name, email and phone for your account; delivery address, cart, favourites and order details for shopping; and content you submit for support and reviews. Guest carts and favourites are stored on your device and merged with your account when you sign in.

• The app has no advertising tracking SDK and does not use IDFA.
• The app does not request precise location, contacts, microphone or photo-library access.
• Images may be cached on your device for faster loading. Session cookies are used to sign you in.
• Card numbers and security codes are entered on a protected Epoint or bank page. Nour receives order and payment status.

Delete your account in the app

Open Account → Account settings → Delete my account and confirm with your password. Access is disabled; identifying profile data is anonymised, and addresses, cart, favourites, reviews, notifications and saved-card references are deleted. Order records may be retained for the period necessary to fulfil orders, account for payments and meet legal obligations. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
